Morning Vacation Bible School in Lockport, NY
Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Lockport invites children ages three through those entering sixth grade to a special Morning Vacation Bible School on Saturday, July 18, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. This year’s theme is “Magnified Love: Discover God’s Amazing Love.” Children from Lockport, Newfane, Gasport, Pendleton, Wheatfield, and the surrounding Niagara County area are warmly invited to participate in a morning of learning, music, activities, friendship, and joyful discovery.
Vacation Bible School gives children an opportunity to hear the saving message of Jesus Christ in a welcoming and engaging setting. God’s love is not small, uncertain, or limited by our questions and struggles. In Christ, God shows His mercy clearly, faithfully, and generously, and children are invited to learn more about that amazing love through Scripture, conversation, and age appropriate activities.
“Magnified Love: Discover God’s Amazing Love”
The theme “Magnified Love” encourages children to look closely at the goodness and mercy of God. Just as a magnifying glass helps us notice details that might otherwise be missed, this Vacation Bible School will help children see more clearly the promises God gives in His Word. Through Bible stories, songs, games, and hands on activities, participants will be encouraged to know that they are deeply loved by God and cared for by Him.
Parents and grandparents know that children need more than entertainment during the summer months. They need places where they can ask questions, make friends, and hear the truth that God has made them and redeemed them through Jesus Christ. Morning Vacation Bible School at Mount Olive Lutheran Church provides a simple, safe, and meaningful opportunity for children to grow in faith while enjoying a memorable summer morning.
Who Is Invited?
Children ages three through those entering sixth grade are welcome to attend. Whether your child is already part of a church family, has attended Vacation Bible School before, or is joining for the first time, Mount Olive Lutheran Church would be glad to welcome them.
