Every December, volunteers from St. Paul Lutheran Church partner with Kelkenberg Farm to present a Living Nativity that invites you to experience “the greatest story ever told” in a memorable, immersive way. This Living Nativity is more than a display, it’s a guided journey that unfolds scene by scene. Guests will drive through several stops and watch as the story moves toward Bethlehem: shepherds keeping watch, angels proclaiming good news, and animals surrounding the humble setting where the Savior is born. Along the route, the familiar details of Christmas become vivid and personal, helping visitors slow down and reflect on what the season is truly about, Christ’s coming for the life of the world.

The final portion of the Nativity includes some walking, so please dress for the weather and be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes outdoors. The experience is intentionally paced so families can take it in without feeling rushed. After your journey concludes, you’re invited to enjoy a warm seasonal treat: hot cocoa and cookies in the market at Kelkenberg Farm. Please plan to arrive at St. Paul Lutheran Church to check in promptly at your ticketed time, since the event begins there. From St. Paul’s, you’ll begin your guided journey to Bethlehem, with the experience ending at Kelkenberg Farm.
